Lawyers representing CS Commissioner Michael Waipo today expanded on the Supreme Court’s ruling in response from certain parties stating that the court orders were fake.Counsel George Lau representing Commissioner Waipo said “The Highest court has spoken and has reinstated Michael Waipo as CS Commissioner as of Friday the 11th of February, now that he is restored as Commissioner any interested parties, agent or individuals involved and associated in this matter are restrained from taking any steps, harassing or interfering pending the courts orders”.
He further added that the parties involved before the court have been ordered and his client is seeking to stop the infighting and to build unity within the correctional service.PNGFM / PNG Today
