The main suspect, a male police officer who forced are Young Woman to chew and swallow condoms at the Boroko Police station has been arrested and slapped with 3 charges and is behind bars at Boroko Police Station Cells.
The officer who escaped to Nipa in Southern Highlands after the incident was nabbed by Mendi Police and flown in to Port Moresby.
NCD Metropolitan Superintendent Ben Turi the charges are the same as that of Jacquline Tanda, the female officer arrested over the same incident.
The charges are abuse of office, deprivation of liberty and wilful indecent acts to insult or offend another person
His expected to appear in court and make his bail application next week.
Meantime, two men involved in the recent sexual assault of 4 women in Port Moresby's Morata settlement were arrested and charged with sexual penetration.
Five more suspects are still on the run and Police are closing on them.
